Ross County's certified-style vote counts show Trump above 60% of the total vote in 2016 (61.0%), 2020 (66.8%) and 2024 (69.0%), so the claim holds. The county-level figures come mainly from lower-credibility compilations, though the 2020 totals match an independent state-results page, and the 2016 margin is narrow.

… You got it? You got it. I'm inside the arena here in Ohio, and I don't know how much of this you can hear, but it is very loud. Think about this: Supporters were lining up at 4:30 this morning, hours before the doors even opened. Now, this is a Ross County where Trump has won more than 60% of the vote in three straight presidential elections. This is a crowd that is fired up and ready to rally. Alison, is the, uh, the President's now come back to Ohio a couple of times. Is there concern, you think, from the political operation of the governorship and the Senate race? …

What we found

Supports. Wikipedia's Ross County results table gives Trump 61.02% in 2016, 66.77% in 2020 and 68.96% in 2024, all above 60%.[4]

Supports. Raw vote counts (Trump 18,652 of about 30,565 total in 2016; 22,278 in 2020; 22,801 in 2024) imply shares above 60% in each year, and the 2020 figures match the State Journal-Register page's 66.9% share for Trump in Ross County.[5][6]

Supports. WatchPennies reports Republican two-party shares in Ross County of 64.3% (2016), 67.8% (2020) and 69.8% (2024), which are consistent with the >60% claim even on a two-party basis.[7]

Context. The statewide AP and Reuters 2024 Ohio results (Trump 55.1%) are not county-level and do not bear on the Ross County figure. The official Ross County primary results cover a different election and do not address the general-election shares.[1][2][3]
