The record does not support 'overwhelmingly Jewish': the leader, Yakov Yurovsky, was Jewish, but the other named executioners are not identified as Jewish, and sources describe the squad as mostly Latvian, Central European, and Russian.

What was said

… of what would be considered today, you know, $2 billion, when you look at what's happening now, does this just appear to be a continuation of this Jewish enmity towards Russia, to do whatever it can to destroy it, even if it needs to salt the earth forever? Yeah, the people who murdered Tsar Nicholas II were overwhelmingly Jewish, and in their graffiti on the walls of the Apatyev House, where they were murdered, raped and murdered, actually, you had all of these references to the Talmud. What we found

Contradicts. AP reports that conspiracy theories blaming Jews for the Bolshevik revolution were popular among post-revolution emigres and were later picked up, framing the Jewish-blame narrative as a conspiracy theory.[1]

Contradicts. The executioner list names mostly non-Jewish-identified participants (Nikulin, Medvedev, Ermakov, Vaganov, Kabanov, Netrebin, Tselms), and the squad is described as Latvian, Hungarian or Central European guards, undermining the 'overwhelmingly Jewish' scope.[2][3][4]

Contradicts. A recent Russian historical account states there were only two 'foreigners' in the killing squad, Yurovsky and Tselms, and does not describe the squad as predominantly Jewish.[5]

Supports. Yakov Yurovsky, who organized and led the execution, was Jewish, which is the one documented Jewish participant among the killers.[1][2][5]

Context. Low-credibility sources (Mark Weber, Robert Wilton, Shafarevich citations) assert a predominance of Jewish participants, but they are unrated and advocate the claim, so they do not establish it.[6][7][8]
