The claim that Lula won 51% of the vote in the Brazilian presidential runoff is supported by multiple tier1 and tier2 sources reporting 51.8% (electoral court), 51.79% (Bloomberg), and over 51% (AP, CNN, NPR), with the extracted figure matching within rounding. The post's own "Lula wins 51%" line refers to the same runoff, so the extraction is faithful.
