The only source that addresses the 95% figure is Indeed's own help page, which repeats the number as its own data, so it is not independent corroboration. No independent source confirms or disputes the statistic, and the extracted claim drops the post's attribution ('According to their data').

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

What we found

Supports. Indeed's own help resource states that Sponsored Jobs posted directly on Indeed are 95% more likely to result in a reported hire, but this is the advertiser's own material and cannot independently verify its own statistic.[2]

Context. A separate Indeed resource reports that Sponsored Jobs get 2.0x as many daily impressions as non-sponsored jobs, which is a visibility metric and does not address hire rates.[3]

Context. The remaining sources (Snopes FAQ and a PolitiFact jobs fact-check list) do not address Indeed's sponsored job hire statistics.[1][4]
