No source reports a national early-voting racial breakdown, so the 70% and 75% white figures cannot be checked. The only race data in the sources covers individual states, such as Georgia, where the white share fell from 58.2% to 52.6%.

… So Black voters are voting at a 10% rate higher, uh 18 to 29 year olds are up 25% compared to this point in '22, and Hispanic Latino voters are up 41%. The electorate is, you know, and the overall at this point in '22, the electorate was 75% white. Today, it's 70% white. These are huge shifts compared to the electorate that showed up in '22, and to remember that we're also doing better with all these demographic groups as DEM, in terms of the Democrat republican vote, than we were in '22. …

What we found

Context. Race is recorded for early voters only in a few states (Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida per one source), so a nationwide 70% white share is not reported anywhere in the sources.[1][2]

Context. Georgia's early electorate was 52.6% white this year versus 58.2% at the same point in 2022, a drop in the same direction as the claim but at a different level and for a different scope.[3]

Context. Yahoo/CNN-style reporting says white early voting in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida is on par with 2022 figures, while Hispanic and Black shares rose, which does not directly address the national white share.[2]

Context. The claim departs from the passage only in its framing: the post said 'the overall' electorate was 75% white in 2022 and 70% today, so the figures are faithfully extracted, but no source corroborates them.
