As of the October 21 post, the UCP's annual convention/AGM was scheduled for November 27–29 (CBC gives Nov. 27–28 for the convention) in Calgary, about five weeks after the post date, which fits the speaker's 'four or five weeks away' and 'next month here in Calgary'.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

Context. The sources name the event as both the 'AGM' and the 'convention' and give slightly different day ranges (27–29 versus 27–28), but they agree on the city and the late-November timing.[3][4][5]
