Fact-checkers including AP, Snopes, Full Fact, Lead Stories and Euronews examined the allegation that Ukraine-supplied weapons are sold on the black market and used by Hamas, and found no evidence for it; the claim is a debunked disinformation narrative. PolitiFact notes only that it is not inconceivable Hamas obtained U.S.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

What was said

… in an age where, uhm, no matter how powerful Jews are, you can't produce the military equipment quickly enough after the Ukrainian debacle, where there's almost nothing left, and then suddenly, you know, make it appear. And I think most of you know that the weaponry meant for Ukraine on the black market has found its way all throughout the world, especially the Third World, and Hamas is using some. What we found

Contradicts. AP's fact-check reports that neither the BBC nor Bellingcat found any evidence that Ukraine funneled arms to Hamas, and that the purported report linking Ukraine to Hamas was fabricated.[1]

Contradicts. Snopes finds that claims about weapons ending up with Hamas appear based on misinformation, and that most purported Ukrainian black-market arms dealing was scams or Russian information operations.[2]

Contradicts. Full Fact states there is no evidence Ukraine supplies weapons to Hamas and that the claim has been widely debunked; Euronews likewise finds no concrete evidence linking Hamas's arsenal to Ukraine.[3][5]

Contradicts. PolitiFact found no public confirmation that Hamas used U.S. weapons in the October 7 attacks, though experts said Hamas could conceivably obtain U.S. weapons via the black market, a possibility rather than evidence of actual use.[4]

Context. Later analyses from the Center for Security Studies and EUvsDisinfo describe the black-market-to-Hamas narrative as a recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation theme with no supporting evidence.[6][7]
