The extracted claim faithfully reflects the post's list of countries, and the sources support that Eichmann's deportations and killings extended into German-occupied Poland and parts of the occupied Soviet Union.

What was said

… Even if that were possible. Israel isn't the representative of Jewish people, de jure. For all time. And finally, venue matters. The alleged offenses were committed in Poland and Belarus. Ukraine and Russia. You know, why, why isn't Eichmann being hailed in the court in Poland? You know, none of this is precedent. None of this can be rationalized by appeal to precedent. What we found

Contradicts. Hungary is a major location of the offenses: Eichmann oversaw the deportation of roughly 437,000 to 440,000 Hungarian Jews in 1944, and the Asser Institute record says he set up an operations centre in Hungary.[1][2][3]

Contradicts. The record places offenses in Germany and other Axis-controlled countries, including camps at Terezin and Bergen-Belsen and deportations from the Reich, so the four-country list omits locations central to the charges.[2][4]

Supports. The Holocaust Encyclopedia states Eichmann deported Jews to ghettos and killing centers in German-occupied Poland and parts of the occupied Soviet Union.[3]

Supports. Multiple sources state that Auschwitz, in Poland, was where most of the victims of Eichmann's deportations were murdered, and that the charges include extermination at Polish camps.[1][5]

Context. The sources do not discuss Belarus, Ukraine, or Russia individually, and the Justia opinion describes deportations to Poland and other areas of Eastern Europe.[3][4]
