The sources do not show any Eichmann trial witness claiming Hitler demanded reducing the Slavic population to 30 million. The closest source is a Nuremberg Einsatzgruppen transcript in which a defendant attributes a 30-million Slavs extermination goal to Himmler, not Hitler, and in a different trial, so it does not refute or confirm the claim's referent.
What was said
… You know, I, these are the most evil men who ever lived, and they're liars, but you've got to trust them and it relevant to this testimony. And um, this is honestly where a lot of these strange claims come from. The claim specifically, you know, Hitler demanded that we reduce the population of Slavs to 30 million. Not a single person has ever said that, written that, alleged that, other than this bizarre. Turncoat and probable double agent who testified against Eichmann and somehow, despite admitting to participating in the murders of tens of thousands of people, was never indicted for any of these things. …

Context. The Nuremberg Einsatzgruppen transcript quotes a defendant saying the Reichsfuehrer SS told a conference the goal was to exterminate 30 million Slavs. It names Himmler, not Hitler, and comes from a different trial than Eichmann's.[2]
Context. The Eichmann trial material in the sources covers Hitler's alleged extermination order for the Jews and general death tolls, with no mention of a 30-million Slavic figure.[3]
Context. The AP obituary of an Eichmann trial survivor-witness is about a different person's death and does not address the Slavic population claim.[1]
Context. The post itself attributes the claim to a witness who testified against Eichmann and says no one else has made it. The extraction faithfully reflects that attribution, but the sources do not corroborate either side of it.
