The claim that Biden brought in 15 to 20 million illegal aliens is not supported by the sources. The best available measures show roughly 7 to 11 million border encounters (which count events, not unique entries) and a population increase of about 4 to 10 million, both well short of 15 to 20 million.

… In other words, he had two things he needed to do. He had to stop the massive voter fraud, which they stole the election from him in 2020, so this never happens again, and roll back the invasion. We're a country full of invaders. Biden brought in at least 15 to 20 million, on top of the 15 to 20 million that already existed. So we've got 30 to 40 million illegal aliens in our country. …

What we found

Contradicts. FactCheck.org reports about 7.38 million border apprehension encounters over Biden's four years, though some were repeat offenders, which is well below 15 to 20 million entries.[1]

Contradicts. DHS reports approximately 11 million border encounters over Biden's four years, and encounters count events rather than unique individuals entering the country.[2][3]

Contradicts. FAIR's estimate of the illegal population grew by 4.1 million from December 2020 to March 2025, and Census-based estimates put net illegal immigration at about 9.9 million for 2021-2026, both below the claimed 15 to 20 million.[4]

Contradicts. Newsweek's fact-check of the 20-million-entry claim cites Pew estimating the total undocumented population at about 14 million in 2023, which is incompatible with 15 to 20 million new entries under Biden alone.[5]

Context. Snopes found that a related chart of 'illegal entries' misrepresented CBP data by double-counting people and counting encounters rather than individual entries, so such figures inflate the actual number of people who entered.[2]
