Sources show Trump's rallies were packed at some venues (Corinth, Port Huron, Chillicothe's full gym) but Reuters and others report uneven turnout, capacity crowds without overflow, and empty sections at other rallies, including reporting before 2026-10-07 on empty upper sections in Alabama and Ohio.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

What was said

… We, as a country, have to say we're not going to allow them to plunge us into chaos and maybe even a civil war in their hatred for Donald Trump. Because, you see, the problem now is, Mags, they're not sure they're gonna win the midterms, because Trump's rallies are packed to the rafters, the rating the polls are tightening in race after race, and now they're saying, "Ooh, we may not get back the House. We may not get back the Senate." So now it's incite, incite, incite; terrorize, terrorize, terrorize. And that's what you're seeing now. …

What we found

Contradicts. Reuters reports that actual turnout has been uneven, with some rallies drawing capacity crowds but showing little sign of the overflow Trump described, and others leaving large sections of seats empty.[1][2]

Contradicts. The Daily Beast reports numerous empty seats visible at a Rock Hill, South Carolina rally, and a fire marshal count at Chillicothe put attendance around 2,150, far below Trump's claimed 42,000.[3][4]

Contradicts. A New Republic transcript of an October 6 discussion, citing New York Times reporting, describes upper sections 'almost completely empty' at an Alabama rally and empty sections at an Ohio rally, predating the claim.[5]

Supports. Several rallies were full, including Corinth, Mississippi, where the arena was packed and Port Huron, Michigan, with about 5,000 attendees in a hockey arena.[6][7]

Context. The claim's own phrasing is the claimant's assertion within a partisan post and is not evidence; the sources instead describe mixed turnout depending on venue.
