The claim departs only slightly from the post, which said 'hundreds of thousands of illegals on our voter rolls'.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

What was said

… Throw up 182 and then 183. These are images of our own border. This is what we lived under Biden. It cannot be overstated, the importance of passing the Save America Act. We know there are hundreds of thousands of illegals on our voter rolls. We know they're getting counted in the census. They must be removed, but they must not be allowed to vote. The American people demand it. It's existential. That's not Spain. That's our own southern border under Biden. …

What we found

Contradicts. Reuters, citing official records, found that as many as 30,000 self-declared non-citizens may have been mistakenly added to voter rolls since 2000, a figure experts said was too small to affect elections.[1]

Contradicts. The DHS claim of 250,000 non-citizens registered in four states was described by PolitiFact as unverified and likely to shrink, and CNN and ABC reported that the figures (for example California's 190,000 falling to 20,000) fell sharply under scrutiny.[2][4][6]

Contradicts. FactCheck.org reported that the federal matching tool flagged about 10,000 potential non-citizens out of 49 million registrations, many of whom were citizens or clerical errors, and that experts and state audits refute the idea of widespread non-citizen voting.[3]

Contradicts. The New York Times found that claims of widespread non-citizen voting repeatedly shrank from hundreds or thousands to dozens after review, with few prosecutions.[5]

Context. Senator Mike Lee's statement that there are 'probably hundreds of thousands' of non-citizens illegally registered is a claim that fact-checkers examined and found unsupported by the evidence.[3]
