What we found

Context. The Bulwark reports Presler bought a Beaver County home in April 2024 and cast his 2024 ballot from that address, which indicates a Pennsylvania base but not how much time he spends there.[1]

Context. A WHYY article from August 2026 describes Presler as residing in Beaver County, which cuts against the idea that he rarely lives there, though it does not address time spent.[2]

Context. Newsminimalist reports that Presler's campaign finance filings list a Virginia family home, a hint at a second residence that the sources do not connect to the amount of time he spends in Beaver County.[3]
