Reporting from The Bulwark, Raw Story, and others says out-of-state GOP operatives were registered or voted from Scott Presler's Pennsylvania home address in 2024, and legal experts question their residency.

What was said

… It is a set of solutions intended to stop voter fraud. Now, election fraud is fake voters, fake ballots, fake counts, and they work together, right? You have the fake voters, so you're inflated voter rolls, you get out the vote, people padding the effort. That includes Scott Pressler, who is now apparently an election integrity activist, but when every election integrity activist tried to talk to him about why he was padding the voter rolls the same way that leftist NGOS did, he do he blocked all of us. But now he's apparently, like, the guy. He's the guy that's going to find the fake voters. Be the guy, because he is one of the guys that put them there, allegedly, ostensibly. …

What we found

Supports. The Bulwark investigation, reported by Raw Story and Yahoo, found that three people outside Presler's family used his Beaver County, PA address to vote in 2024, and that Republican operative Braden Sisk registered there in June 2026.[1][2][3]

Context. Presler's Early Vote Action PAC acknowledged that other individuals used his home as their voter registration address, but said they lived there while working in Pennsylvania and have since moved out.[4][5]

Context. Legal experts quoted in the Bulwark-based coverage say the arrangement raises questions about whether the registrants established residency as Pennsylvania law requires; this is not a finding of wrongdoing by any authority.[1][3]

Context. No source addresses leftist NGOs' voter-roll practices or makes the comparison the claim asserts, and no authority has ruled that Presler padded voter rolls.
