The sources confirm the White House Halloween event was announced for October 29, 2026 and took place as scheduled, but none addresses whether the President traveled by Marine One on or around October 28 or why. The claim that Marine One was avoided because of Halloween preparations is therefore not checkable against these sources.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

The president did a gaggle, I think, before getting on Air Force One. As everybody understands, he's taking, I think, a he's not going out by Marine One because of what they're getting ready and prepping the White House for, the children's Halloween special. What we found

Context. The White House announced on October 26, 2026 that the Halloween event on the South Lawn would take place on October 29, so the event was being planned before the claim was posted.[1][2]

Context. Coverage of the event itself (October 29) describes the Trumps handing out candy and an Air Force One flyover, but none mentions Marine One or any travel decision made on October 28.[3][4][5]

Context. No source states that the President's choice of transport was influenced by Halloween decorations or preparations, so the causal link in the claim is neither supported nor contradicted.[6][7]
