What we found

Context. ProPublica and the Texas Tribune found Talarico voted in five elections using his parents' address after buying a home for himself nearby, a practice that may have violated state voting laws.[3][4][5]

Context. Talarico's campaign told the newsrooms he currently lives and is registered to vote at the north Austin home he owns; the new address is redacted, so its district is not stated.[3][4][5]

Context. The Texas House profile lists Talarico as representing District 50 in Travis County for the 2025–2027 term, but no source places his own residence outside that district.[1][2]

Context. The Dallas Express and Yahoo coverage raise questions about residency timing after the November 2021 constitutional deadline, but they do not establish where he lives now relative to district lines.[6][7]
