The record supports that the FBI and DOJ charged two people in Louisiana in a case involving fraudulent voter registration, but it contradicts the claim that both were illegal aliens.
The host relays this claim without endorsing it. It counts as passed on, not against the post.

… This is John Kennedy from Louisiana. He's a Republican. I can't believe, like, that. Put up the X posts first. There's a big voter fraud investigation going on in Louisiana. Well, you want to, I understand, we want to talk about this. FBI and partners have arrested two more illegal, two more illegal aliens in Louisiana, charged with fraudulent voter registration, the sixth such charge across three, uh, across three in the last week alone. With our DOJ partners, election security would always be a top priority of the FBI. …

Contradicts. The DOJ release identifies only one alien in the Louisiana case: Michael Wedderburn, a non-citizen charged with voting by an alien. The second defendant, Bridget Johnson, is charged with fraudulently registering Wedderburn and is not described as an alien, so 'two illegal aliens' is contradicted.[2][4]
Supports. FBI Director Kash Patel's post and the Sept. 14 DOJ release both report arrests or charges in Louisiana for fraudulent voter registration, with the FBI among the investigating agencies.[2][5][6]
Context. The DHS release of Oct. 28 describes other Louisiana cases involving aliens who voted, but these are separate prosecutions and do not change the Sept. 2026 Louisiana case's composition.[3]
Context. Experts and AP reporting note that many federal cases involve related offenses rather than the voting statute itself, which bears on how such arrests are characterized.[1]
