What we found

Contradicts. The state Department of Elections lists only four localities with minority-language requirements, so the statewide claim that Virginia ballots contain four or five languages overgeneralizes beyond the few localities that offer multiple languages.[1][3]

Supports. Fairfax County's official sample-ballot page says ballots are provided in English, Español, Tiếng Việt, and 한국어, which is four languages.[2]

Context. Outside those localities, the sources describe ballot materials in English and do not show four or five languages on ballots. The speaker appears to be describing a Northern Virginia ballot, and the extracted claim widens that to all Virginia ballots.[1][2][3]
