What was said

… Well, that sounds like you're not doing your job if you've only caught fifteen and forty years. And I have an immigration attorney on Fox News this morning, on Fox 13, saying there's been cases there's been 15 the last couple weeks of people who come to me because their green card is in jeopardy because they registered to vote in the state of Washington and cast a ballot. So that says that they're not looking. You can't find a crime you don't look for. And do I think i, you go back to any clip from 2020, when I was still on Fox or Channel you will not find me giving any credence to the claims of stolen elections. …

What we found

Contradicts. No source contradicts the claim that an immigration attorney reported 15 such clients; the specific figure of 15 is simply not addressed anywhere in the sources.

Context. The DOJ and U.S. Attorney releases say many of the 400+ people flagged are green-card holders, and that some were registered 'against their knowledge' through Motor Voter, which is consistent with the general theme of the claim.[1][2][3]

Context. A KIRO 7 report quotes immigration attorney Len Saunders saying he is contacted by 'several' non-citizens who unknowingly registered to vote while applying for a driver's license, but it gives no count of 15 and does not say these people cast ballots.[4]
