The sources describe a Salvadoran man wanted for murder in Richmond, but he is named Eygner Wilfredo Huezo-Moran and was arrested by ICE and U.S. Marshals in Chesterfield, Virginia, not Richmond. The claim's name, "Wilfredo Jose Moran," does not match any source, so the claim misidentifies the person and the arrest location.
A detail. The sources confirm the gist; the verdict faults a detail such as a date, number or wording.

… I said it again. Drink. As part of the multi-state effort, of those arrested, nearly 400 either convicted or charged with crimes. Many were members of MS 13, 18th Street, and 10 de la Agua gang members. Among those illegal aliens, illegal aliens, drink, uh arrested in the, uh, operation, uh, is, uh, Inge, I think, Wilfredo Jose Moran of El Salvador, who was wanted for murder, and he was living in Richmond, Virginia, and the Democrats wanted him out because they wanted him to vote for them. There you go. Among the other illegal aliens, drink, arrested, don't be driving if you're drinking, okay? …

Contradicts. The sources name the arrested man as Eygner Wilfredo Huezo-Moran, not Wilfredo Jose Moran, a wrong identifier that changes who the claim refers to.[1][2][3][4][5]
Contradicts. The sources say he was arrested in Chesterfield, Virginia, and turned over to local authorities, while the warrant was from Richmond. The claim's statement that he was arrested in Richmond is therefore inaccurate.[1][2][4][5]
Supports. Multiple sources say ICE arrested a Salvadoran national who had a murder warrant tied to Richmond, Virginia, during Operation Safe Community.[1][2][6]
Context. The DHS release and several news outlets report that the operation arrested 1,328 people between August 1 and 14, 2026, and that the Salvadoran was among those arrested.[1][2][3]
