No source identifies a book titled "Jihad" written by the Muslim Brotherhood in the late 1980s or early 1990s, so the claim cannot be graded. What we found

Context. The Harvard University Press listing for "Jihad" identifies Gilles Kepel's study of Islamist political movements, published in 2003, which is not a Muslim Brotherhood work.[4]

Context. A Congress.gov transcript quotes the Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna's book "The Way of Jihad", a differently titled work that the sources do not date to the late 1980s or early 1990s.[5]

Context. No fact-checker or authoritative source addresses the claim that a book called "Jihad" was written by the Muslim Brotherhood in the late 1980s or early 1990s, so the allegation is neither substantiated nor debunked.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
