Multiple sources show that noncitizens, including people in the country illegally, have voted in US elections: federal prosecutors in Washington state said more than 400 noncitizens registered and voted, and Reuters counted 73 federal convictions over 30 years.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

What was said

… Karma is going to bite you in the ass. If you are down with the nonsense of transgenderizing children, karma is going to bite you in the rear end, and you're going to pay for what you have done. If you are down with being illegals registering to vote and voting and taking away the votes of citizens of the United States of America, you are going to pay for that in this life or the next. What we found

Supports. The US Attorney's Office for Eastern Washington said it had identified over 400 non-citizens who were registered to vote and had voted in the state, though many were lawful permanent residents rather than people in the country illegally.[4]

Supports. A Reuters analysis found 129 people federally charged with illegal noncitizen voting over about 30 years, with 73 of those cases resulting in conviction.[6][7]

Supports. DHS announced ICE had arrested dozens of non-citizens who illegally voted, with named examples of aliens who admitted voting in American elections.[5]

Supports. The Justice Department charged 10 people in Minnesota with illegal voting, 50 of the 90 misconduct cases involving alleged noncitizen voters.[1]

Context. AP, Snopes, and Reuters describe noncitizen voting as exceedingly rare and not shown to change election outcomes, so the scale is far smaller than some public claims suggest.[1][2][3]

Context. Some federal lists of suspected noncitizen voters were described by state and local officials as grossly inaccurate, and some of those flagged were citizens or had registration errors.[8][9]
