What we found

Context. Britannica reports that Navalny's Progress Party was barred from contesting the November 2016 legislative election after its registration was canceled, so it had no vote share in that election.[3]

Context. Sources on Navalny's 2013 Moscow mayoral run (27% of the vote) and the 2024 presidential election do not report any legislative vote share for his party, so the 3% figure is not addressed.[1][2][4][5][6]
