The sources support that Pipe Yard Inc. removes pipelines and buys and sells used pipe, with its own website claiming removals 'anywhere in the United States.' None of the sources says the company works in exactly three states, so that specific figure is unverified, and the sources are mostly self-published or aggregator listings.
This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

Ray Bryers is the pipe man. He owns Pipe Yard Inc., and they buy and sell pipe all day long, and I am shocked how much business we've been able to send him across the country, entire pipelines going across three different states where they need to get the pipe pulled out. He's like, "I'll pull the pipe out. I'll sell the pipe." People buying pipe, people selling pipe. Supports. The company's own pipeline removal page says its crews will remove pipelines up to 48 inches in diameter 'anywhere in the United States.'[1]
Supports. Company and directory listings (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Prospeo) describe Pipe Yard Inc. as purchasing, selling, and removing used and surplus steel pipe.[2][3][4][5]
Context. None of the sources reports the number of states in which the company has actually performed pipeline removals or pipe sales, so the 'three different states' figure is not addressed.[1][2][3][4][5]
Context. The claim's count of three states departs from the passage only in that it narrows 'across the country' to a specific number the post itself offers as an anecdote; the sources neither confirm nor refute it.
