Perot publicly alleged in 1992 that Republican operatives planned to smear his daughter and disrupt her wedding, but he offered no proof, and investigations by CBS and Posner, plus FBI and ABC checks on the separate Black Panther plot, found the allegations dismissed or unsupported.
