The NYC Mayor's Office transcript, NYC311 notice, and multiple outlets report City Hall and TDF offering more than 2,000 free Broadway tickets via lottery, with 2,100 listed by ABC7. The claim drops the qualifier that the tickets are for NYC high school students, which is a dropped qualifier rather than a contradiction.
