The claim that Helix offers a 120-night sleep trial is contradicted by Helix's own support and sleep-trial pages, which describe a 365-night trial on its mattresses, and by a 2026 review that also reports 365 days. The 2022 Helix page already stated the 365-night trial, so the figure was wrong as of the 2026-09-16 post.
This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

… It's really hot down here. Instead of constantly adjusting or flipping the pillow to find the cool side, I stay comfortable throughout the night, and I sleep more consistently. Contradicts. Helix's sleep-trial page states that every Helix mattress comes with a 365 Night Sleep Trial, and a 2022 version of the same page says the same thing.[1][2]
Contradicts. A 2026 Helix support article describes a 365 night sleep trial on all mattresses, with a 30-night break-in requirement before returns.[2]
Contradicts. A 2026 mattress review reports that Helix offers a 365-night trial period on all its mattresses, and lists its trial as shorter than some competitors' rather than as 120 nights.[3]
Context. The sources are the company's own pages and a single review, with no fact-checker or wire service examining this specific claim, which limits confidence.[1][2][3]
