No source reports a House floor vote of 294 to 134 on the ROAD to Housing Act. Primary sources give House passage tallies of 390-9 (Congress.gov roll call no. 57), 396-13 (House Financial Services Committee and Rep. DeLauro), and 358-32 (Rep. Langworthy and a House.gov article).

What we found

Contradicts. Congress.gov's action record for H.R.6644 shows the House passed the bill on 02/09/2026 by 390-9 (Roll no. 57), a figure that does not match 294-134.[1]

Contradicts. The House Financial Services Committee press release says the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act passed the full House by a vote of 396-13, and Rep. DeLauro's release reports the same figure.[2][3]

Contradicts. Rep. Langworthy's June 24, 2026 statement and a House.gov article both report a House vote of 358-32, again inconsistent with 294-134.[4][5]

Context. The sources disagree among themselves on the House tally (390-9, 396-13, 358-32), possibly because they describe different House votes or dates, but none of them supports 294-134.[1][2][3][4][5]

Context. The claimant's own passage says 'CLARITY passed 294 to 134', which names a different bill. The extraction changed the referent to the ROAD to Housing Act, and the claim is judged as extracted.
