The two-hour extension of Brazil's Oct. 25 runoff voting is well documented, but the claim that Bolsonaro was leading at that point is contradicted: Reuters reports Lula led 57.66% to 42.34% when the extension landed around the 5 p.m. cutoff.

What was said

… They don't care about what you think. They don't care about moral high ground. It's all posturing. It's all bullshit, and they will use any means necessary to maintain power, okay? When you look at what happened in Brazil, Bolsonaro was leading. They extended it for two hours, and now, all of a sudden, this guy wins again, okay? Now we look at Netanyahu, and he says, "Well, if you don't vote for me, this is what's going to happen," and, you know, dude, there was a time where leaders didn't rule through fear and destruction and pain, and instead inspire people, and they said, …

What we found

Contradicts. At the time of the extension, the early count showed Lula leading, not Bolsonaro: Reuters reports Lula had 57.66% against 42.34% for Bolsonaro when the ruling landed around the 5 p.m. cutoff.[1]

Contradicts. The runoff pitted Lula against Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, and Lula went on to win the reelection by about 4.4 million votes, so Bolsonaro was not leading the runoff at any point the sources describe.[2][3]

Supports. Brazil's Supreme Court (Justice Cristiano Zanin) extended voting nationwide by two hours on the Oct. 25 runoff, moving the close from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Brasilia time.[1][4][5]

Context. Bolsonaro's campaign also requested an extension and later refused to accept the result, alleging the extension changed the rules mid-game; this is a claim by the campaign, not a finding of fact.[6]
