The 75% figure is not supported by the sources. The most recent age breakdowns show about 49% of Americans 50+ with a favorable view of Israel (Pew, spring 2026) and 50% of voters 65+ sympathizing more with Israel (Algemeiner, September 2026), well below 75%.

… Well, he didn't keep them safe. And so I really and in addition, what they don't realize, long after Netanyahu is dead, the 75% of Americans, young Americans, who think Israel is a bad actor, whereas 75% of my people, my age, think they're a good actor, the former is going to be in power soon. And if Israel doesn't begin acquitting itself with a little bit more, you know, restraint, it's going to lose the support of all of the West, because at some point, guys like me who think of Israel as the good guys …

Contradicts. Pew's Spring 2026 Global Attitudes survey shows 49% of U.S. adults aged 50+ hold a favorable view of Israel, against 49% unfavorable, far below the claimed 75%.[2]
Contradicts. A September 2026 poll reported that 50% of voters 65 and older sympathize more with Israel than with the Palestinians (27% the reverse), so the claimed 75% is not borne out for the oldest group either.[3]
Context. Older Americans were more favorable toward Israel than younger ones in earlier polling (69% of those 65+ favorable in 2022 Pew data), so the age gap is real, but no source reports 75% of older Americans viewing Israel as a good actor.[1]
Context. Sources measure favorable views and sympathies, not whether Israel is a 'good actor,' so the claim's wording is a looser characterization than any source measures.[2][3]
