John Solomon stated that no votes were flipped in the 2020, 2024, or 2022 elections.

What we found

Contradicts. Solomon's words were narrower than an unqualified "no votes were flipped": he limited the claim to foreign-power interference, said "I'm still researching," and added "We're not through all the documents."[1][2][3]

Supports. Multiple outlets quote Solomon saying the intelligence community has "zero evidence" that a foreign power flipped a vote in 2020, 2022 or 2024, in response to Hillyard's question about whether votes were changed.[1][2][3][4]

Context. Some outlets (New Republic, Yahoo/Will Sommer) summarize this as Solomon acknowledging no votes were changed, which is a looser paraphrase than his quoted words; the Mediaite transcript shows Hillyard's question was the source of the "no votes changed" phrasing.[2][4][5]

Context. CNN reports Solomon acknowledged after Trump's July speech that there was no evidence any votes were altered, while also saying he is still investigating whether any votes were flipped.[6]
