None of the sources mention a Hungarian development minister named Zsolt Takacs or any 2014–2018 term. The only Takacs hits are an unrelated LinkedIn profile for a sustainability CEO and a 2007–2008 Interior Minister, Albert Takács, so no source addresses the claim's referent.

What we found

Context. The LinkedIn profile for Zsolt Takacs describes an Owner & CEO in sustainability and ESG consulting, which is a different person and says nothing about a government post.[3]

Context. The Hungarian government list shows Albert Takács as Minister of the Interior from 2007 to 2008, a different person and office and outside the claimed 2014–2018 period.[4]

Context. The 2026 state secretary list from the Hungarian Official Gazette does not mention a development minister from 2014 to 2018 and is not about that period.[5]

Context. The fact-checking and transparency pages (Full Fact, Snopes) do not address this claim; they describe methodology or are generic pages.[1][2][6]
