Supports. The BBC quotes McCain saying there were 'no excuses' and that Trump 'alone bears the burden of his conduct' after Trump's lewd video surfaced.[1]
Supports. CBS/AP quotes McCain's withdrawal statement: 'there are no excuses for Donald Trump's offensive and demeaning comments in the just released video.'[2]
Supports. The AZCentral and Oregonlive coverage also quote McCain's statement that there were no excuses for Trump's comments, consistent with the CBS and BBC accounts.[3][4]
Context. The post itself paraphrases McCain saying there were 'no excuses' for the comments, and the extraction matches that wording; no source contradicts it.
