The claim that current average testosterone is 600 ng/dL falls within the competing estimates in the sources: MedicineNet gives an average of 679 ng/dL, a Travison et al. (2017) median cited by several sources is 531 ng/dL, and age-stratified averages run roughly 300 to 700.

This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

… High testosterone is the key, Steve. I watched some guy on your show, ah, I think it was like a year, year and a half ago. He was a doctor from Florida, and he was saying that during World War Two, the average testosterone level was 3000. Now it's like 600. It's crazy, but yeah, do anything you can, raise your testosterone. Warpath Coffee is the key. You go to warpath dot coffee, use promo code War Room. It's 15% off everything right now. What we found

Contradicts. Other sources put the typical adult male figure lower: the 264-916 ng/dL reference range has a median of 531 ng/dL (Travison et al., 2017), and averages fall with age, so a 600 average is above some cited central estimates.[2][3][4]

Supports. MedicineNet reports an average male testosterone level of 679 ng/dL, and PersonaLabs lists average levels of 600-700 for men aged 20-29 and 550-650 for men aged 30-39, so 600 lies within the cited averages.[4][5]

Context. The Atlantic reports average testosterone has declined about 20% over the past half century, and an unpublished study puts the decline closer to 50%. Neither source gives a 3000 WWII baseline or a current average figure, so the post's before-and-after framing is not corroborated.[6][7]

Context. PolitiFact notes that no single number defines healthy testosterone, and the Endocrine Society gives a normal adult male range of about 300 to 1,000 ng/dL, so a single 'average' is a contested measure.[1]
