Sources document Democratic allegations of Republican theft in several elections this century, including the 2000 certification challenge, the 2004 Ohio objections, and Stacey Abrams's 2018 Georgia claims. None shows Democrats alleging theft in every election, so the universal 'every election' is overstated.

What was said

… Who would, Democrats, so long as they get power out of it? Democrats is the answer to that question. Now, notice no Democrats ever asked about this, despite the fact that Democrats are constantly alleging that Republicans steal elections. Every election this century, they've done that. They did it with George W. Bush in both of his elections. They did it with President Trump in both of his elections. They're doing it now. They're accusing President Trump of attempting to rig the midterms as we speak, and yet the left is never asked by any member of their compliant media class whether or not they're going to respect the results of an election, ever. …

What we found

Contradicts. No source shows Democrats alleging Republican theft in most of the century's elections (for example 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014, 2022), so the 'every election' scope is not established and reads as hyperbole.[1][2][3]

Supports. National Review documents Democratic efforts to block George W. Bush's 2000 certification and Stacey Abrams's unproven claims that she was cheated in the 2018 Georgia governor's race.[1]

Supports. The Kentucky op-ed says Many Democrats said the Supreme Court stole the 2000 election for Bush, and that Democrats objected to Ohio's 2004 results, citing a loss by Kerry of 118,000 votes.[2]

Supports. Wikipedia says Democrats have contested the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election, alleging it was stolen by Republicans, though to a smaller extent than Republicans.[4]

Context. The America First Policy fact sheet is partisan and claims Democrats challenged every Republican presidential victory for 23 years, which is only partly corroborated by the other sources. Some 2016 Democratic allegations concerned Russia rather than Republicans.[3][5]
