Supports. Mint Mobile's own plans page advertises 'PREMIUM WIRELESS PLANS STARTING AT $15/MO', with a $45 upfront payment for a 3-month 6GB plan equal to $15/mo.[2]
Supports. AP reports that Mint's plans range from $15 to $30 a month, with the lowest tier at $15.[1]
Supports. Coverage from July 2026 (Android Authority, PCMag, 9to5Google) reports Mint running a promo in which all plans cost $15 per month for new customers.[3][4][5]
Context. The $15 rate depends on prepaying for a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term and applies to the introductory period for new customers; renewal pricing is higher. The sources do not show the status of the July 2026 promo on 2026-08-18.[2][3][4][5]
Context. The claim matches the post's wording that anyone can get the premium wireless plan for $15 a month, so no extraction departure is evident.
