Multiple sources state that Guy Hurlbutt served as United States Attorney for Idaho: the ISB milestone page describes an Idaho attorney appointed U.S. Attorney for Idaho in 1985 and re-appointed under a later president, and a Wikipedia entry says Guy Gordon Hurlbutt served as U.S. Attorney for the District of Idaho in the 1980s.
