The claim matches the passage, and a Bulgarian report (fakti.bg) and an aggregator summary (ground.news) describe a man named Nemat Elhami collapsing and dying of a sudden cardiac arrest while speaking at a night rally in Bileh Savar, Iran.
What was said
… That is, that's the next thing, isn't it? When they start uh booking flights out to get their reruns out, that's, that's absolutely. We've seen it time and time again. Did you see this? Um Senior IRGC member Namat Alhamadi, he was, uh he was doing a campaign speech, and he died of a heart attack right there at the, at the uh at the, at the pedestal. Did you see that over the weekend? I, I, I didn't. I, I wonder how that it is. I just, I shared this morning on the show. He's a big IRCG guy, and he was doing this really, you know, loud speech like they always do, and all of a sudden, just snap down, gone. …

Contradicts. The same Bulgarian report describes Elhami as a local political activist, Iran-Iraq war veteran and former parliamentary candidate, and does not describe him as a senior IRGC member, which contradicts the claim's IRGC role.[1]
Supports. A Bulgarian report and an aggregator summary say a political figure named Nemat Elhami collapsed and died of a sudden heart attack while addressing a packed night-time rally in Bileh Savar, Ardabil province, and that the incident was captured on video.[1][2]
Context. Iranian authorities and medical services had not published a detailed medical report beyond the report of sudden cardiac arrest, and local media reported no sabotage, so the cause of death is reported but not officially documented.[1]
Context. The widely shared English-language reports naming Senior IRGC member Naemat al-Hami come from partisan outlets and social posts (Gateway Pundit, Lucianne, X, usmessageboard) that repeat one another, so they are not independent corroboration.[3][4][5][6][7][8]
