The Wikipedia article on Franz Rademacher states that his direct superior was the Nazi diplomat Martin Luther, which supports the claim. The source is unrated and rests on a single direct statement, and no source contradicts it, though the Ribbentrop document places Luther under Ribbentrop rather than addressing Rademacher's reporting line.

Supports. The Wikipedia article on Franz Rademacher says he was selected in 1940 to lead Referat D III (Judenreferat) and that 'His direct superior was the Nazi diplomat Martin Luther.'[1]
Context. A Ribbentrop-related document describes Martin Luther as a subordinate of Ribbentrop who led the Referat Partei and Abteilung Deutschland, and says Ribbentrop ordered Franz Rademacher, head of the Jewish desk, to act; it does not state Rademacher's reporting line to Luther, so it neither confirms nor contradicts the claim.[2]
Context. The Yad Vashem and Encyclopedia.com entries confirm Rademacher headed the Jewish desk (D III) of the German Foreign Office from 1940 but do not mention Martin Luther.[3][4]
