What was said
… That's what Tallarico says. Folks, at some point, you've got to stand up for who and what you are. Everyone listens to the Michael Perry Show. James Tallarico claims to live with his mother. Creepy. He's 37 years old and unmarried. They share a bank account. They share a checkbook. Weird, weird. Supports. The Wall Street Journal (2026-10-27) describes Talarico as 'the 37-year-old seminarian' and the New York Times (2026-10-31) calls him 'the once-obscure 37-year-old state representative.'[1][2]
Supports. Britannica gives Talarico's birth date as May 17, 1989, and Wikipedia gives the same date, which makes him 37 on 2026-08-18.[3][4]
Supports. A Sunday Guardian profile published 2026-11-01 states he is 37 years old, consistent with the birth date and the other sources.[5]
Context. The claim's extracted wording matches the passage ('He's 37 years old'), so it is a faithful extraction. The passage's 'unmarried' detail is not part of this claim.
