No source establishes or refutes that an anti-war voting block determined the outcome of every presidential election since 2008. The passage is the claimant's speculation ('I think', 'I would bet, if you could crunch the data'), and the extracted claim drops that hedging and states it as fact, so it departs from the post's wording.

What was said

… And quite frankly, it's the voting block that I think determines every election. I think it's determined every election since September 11th, to be honest, really since the Bush administration, the anti-war vote. I think the anti-war vote specifically, I would bet, if you could crunch the data, every election since 2008. So basically, Obama got in with the anti-war vote, Trump got in with the anti-war vote, 2020 was, I mean, that was just a total con job, so you really can't even count that, and then Trump gets in with the anti-war vote again in 2024. That is the voting block I believe that controls national elections right now and who wins the presidency, and so when Trump abandoned that, the whole Republican Party probably lost the White House for 2028, I would imagine, unless he reverses course here. …

What we found

Context. Sources PBS (2007) and ABC15 (2024) discuss anti-war voters as a bloc that mattered in the 2006 midterms and the 2008 campaign, but neither says the bloc determined presidential outcomes.[3][4]

Context. Sources on 2024 (Echoes of 1968, the Uncommitted movement, and the Israel-Hamas analysis) describe anti-war or protest voting in primaries and swing states, not a decisive role in determining each election's result.[2][5][6]

Context. The sources do not address the 2020 election as an anti-war vote outcome, and none tests the claim that every election since 2008 was decided by this bloc.[1][7][8]
