Multiple sources quote Piker telling listeners to 'kill' Sen. Rick Scott, most directly a 2025 NY Post report quoting him saying 'you would kill Rick Scott' and a later Finstad release citing the same remark.
What was said
… He is buddies with Hassan Piker. This used to be disqualifying in this country. You hang out with a guy who hates America, hates capitalism, a guy who said America deserves 911, a guy who said he wanted to see capitalist blood flow in the streets, a guy who called for the murder of Senator Rick Scott, who applauded the murder of United healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, a guy who literally went to China and Cuba and said he does not support the United States. …

Supports. NY Post (2025) quotes Piker on stream saying 'If you cared about Medicare fraud or Medicaid fraud, you would kill Rick Scott,' and reports he walked it back after a Twitch suspension.[5]
Supports. Washington Examiner (2025) reports Piker repeatedly suggested on-air that Scott should be 'killed,' in the context of Medicaid fraud remarks.[7]
Supports. A October 2026 Rep. Finstad release states Piker told listeners to 'kill [Florida Republican Senator] Rick Scott,' and National Review and Mediaite describe him as having called for Scott's murder.[3][6][8]
Context. Scott's own Senate office release repeats the murder-call characterization, but as a partisan source it is weaker corroboration than the quoted reporting.[4]
Context. Reuters fact-checks a different Piker remark (the 9/11 comment) and does not address the Scott remark; Snopes covers a separate defamation lawsuit. Neither disputes the Scott claim.[1][2]
