Sources show that Special Counsel Robert Hur's team audio-recorded its 2023 interview with then-President Joe Biden, and those recordings were later released. The claim does not mention that the separate ghostwriter recordings were made by Mark Zwonitzer, not Hur, so the claim is accurate for the interview but not for those ghostwriter tapes.
This claim is in the show notes, the publisher's own words. It counts against the post, once.
