Mint Mobile's own pages (Best Buy listing and mintmobile.com) advertise "Premium wireless for $15/mo." on its 6GB 3-month plan, and several outlets confirm the $15/month equivalent. The claim omits that this is a limited new-customer promotion requiring upfront prepayment, and that the passage's "anyone can get" overstates eligibility, since Kiplinger reports existing subscribers are excluded.

… It's about, can we do something about the cost of living? Can we clean up the street here? From INT Mobile, now, I don't know if you've heard, but Mince Print Premium Wireless is $15 a month. But I'd like to offer one other park. We have no stores. That means no small talk, crazy weather. No, it's not; it's just whether it is an introvert's dream. Give it a try: mobile.com slash switch. …

Supports. The Best Buy Mint Mobile listing headlines "Premium wireless for $15/mo." and lists the 6GB plan at $15/mo. with $45 paid upfront for a 3-month new-customer offer.[1]
Supports. Mint's plans page shows $15/mo. pricing options with a $45 upfront payment, matching the advertised $15 monthly equivalent.[2]
Supports. PCMag and Android Authority both report that Mint's plans, including Unlimited, are available for the equivalent of $15 a month during a promotion.[3][4]
Context. The $15 rate is limited to new customers buying online, requires prepaying 3, 6, or 12 months, and reverts to standard pricing afterward; the passage's "anyone can get" framing overstates this.[1][3][5]
Context. Android Central reported the $15 promotion was scheduled to be retired September 30, so the offer's availability on the 2026-10-05 claim date is not confirmed by a dated source.[6]
