Multiple tier1 outlets (AP, The Hill, Snopes) and other reporting document Trump repeatedly commenting on the physique of Ohio Sen. Jon Husted, whom the post calls "John Husted" (the same person). The claim is supported; the post's "last week" timing and the name spelling are minor details that do not change the verdict.

… The house is already famous for crusty old semen. It's uh, it's HBO, you know. No, but everyone was, I mean, we're talking now about how Trump is always these days commenting on other men's physiques and stuff. Last we did it, just last week, he was painting for a guy who wants to be Senator John Husted and said he was looking at his ass and called it he said it, he said it when his ass was a big pile of muscle. And James Tellerico is the gay one.I'm not. I don't know what's going on. I don't know what's going on. I'm not saying anything. I'm just, I just know this: the White House today sent out new red hats that say, "Make America Glee Again." …

What we found

Supports. The AP reports that Trump 'pivoted immediately into praising Ohio Sen. Jon Husted's physique' and has been lavishly praising Husted's physical appearance on the trail.[1]

Supports. The Hill reports Trump said he 'made the mistake of studying' Husted's 'anatomy' at a Lubbock, Texas rally, following earlier remarks about the senator's body.[3]

Supports. Reuters and USA Today report Trump's comments on Husted's body began at an Oct. 12 Youngstown, Ohio rally and were repeated in several subsequent campaign speeches.[4][5]

Supports. Snopes reports Trump commented on Husted's physical attributes at an Oct. 17 rally, quoting his remarks about Husted's body.[2]

Context. The claimant's post refers to 'John Husted' and says the comments were made 'just last week'; the sources identify the senator as Jon Husted and date the remarks to mid-to-late October, which does not change the core claim.[1][6][7]
