Multiple sources quote the league director (named Jewel Henry in the post, 'Jul Henry' in one outlet) telling Winter Park police that the 3-year-old, Nevada, was pushing other players, which is a reasonable reading of 'aggressive on the field.' The sources do not use the word 'aggressive' and the parents' footage disputes the pushing, but that does not affect whether.
Our two reads of who says this, and how, disagree, so it counts as the post's own claim.

… Yeah, right. Well, this story comes out that it's all fucking sham. It's complete bullshit, right? Jewel Henry, ah, who is the director of the Youth Leave, who's, by the way, is Black. He's the one that called 911 over the parents being disruptive. He claimed that Nevada had been aggressive on the field, which is also that whole interaction was captured on body cam. Let's roll the tape. So the kid is it's good. He's great. He's scoring a lot of goals, but he's pushing the kids to do that, all that stuff. They told me, stop, don't let them push. Anyway, I'll swap the kids out, right, because he's so good. Take him out. …

Supports. Bodycam footage as reported by the NY Post, Yahoo, WESH and People shows the league official telling officers that the boy was pushing other kids and players.[1][2][3][4]
Supports. The IBTimes report says the league official alleged pushing during the dispute, and the Internewscast report names the league director as Henry.[5][6]
Context. Reuters reports that Winter Park Police said the call was not prompted by the child's on-field talent and was treated as a civil matter, which does not address whether Henry made the pushing allegation.[7]
Context. The NY Post reports that video posted by Nevada's father did not show his son pushing anybody, so the underlying allegation is disputed, though this does not change what Henry claimed.[1]
