Inside Trump's HeadSep 6, 2026
Multiple sources confirm that Witkoff and Kushner traveled to Ukraine, meeting Zelensky in Kyiv on September 6, 2026, two days before the claim was posted. The claim drops the podcast's 'supposed to be going tomorrow' framing and states the trip as present, but the core assertion of travel to Ukraine holds, so it is graded normally.
A guest makes this claim. Listeners heard it, so it counts against the post, and on the guest's own record.
This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.

Inside Trump's Head · · from the transcriptPost →What we found
Supports. AP reports that Witkoff and Kushner met Zelenskyy in Kyiv on Sunday, September 6, after talks with Putin in Moscow.[1]
Supports. Kyiv Independent and CBS report that the envoys arrived in Ukraine, with CBS noting it was their first trip to Ukraine since Trump returned to office.[4][5]
Supports. CNN and RBC-Ukraine describe the envoys visiting Kyiv and holding talks there, with the trip occurring one day after the Moscow meeting.[3][6]
Context. The podcast's 'tomorrow' is ambiguous relative to the posting date, and the visit had already occurred on September 6. The claim's present-tense framing is therefore close to the record, though the timing is imprecise.[7][8]
Context. No source contradicts that the envoys traveled to Ukraine; the only uncertainty concerns exact scheduling, which was in flux before the trip.[2][9]
