Inside Trump's HeadSep 6, 2026
On 2026-09-06 Maria Bartiromo was 58, not 60. Her birth date of September 11, 1967 (from bartiromo.com and other sources) means she had not yet turned 59 that day, and a Queerty report from 2026-09-04 gives her age as 58. The claim matches the post's wording, so it is not an extraction error.
A detail. The sources confirm the gist; the verdict faults a detail such as a date, number or wording.
This claim is about the present, so it is judged as of the day it was checked.
What was said
… Were CEOs saying, "I don't want to come on and talk to Maria anymore"? What do we, what do we think? I, I, I assume it's a ratings thing. It's oh a, Fox's ratings driven almost at every, at every point. And I would also say, you know, honestly, um, she's 60 years old now, and what, Leslie Stahl is 82. This is Fox News. Have you seen the people, the women, on Fox News? Well, they all look the same. The women, we have to yeah, they don't look like they're 60. That's the point, right? They don't look like they're 60. …

Contradicts. A Queerty report published 2026-09-04, two days before the claim, describes Bartiromo as a 58-year-old.[1]
Contradicts. Her birth date is given as September 11, 1967 by bartiromo.com, Wikipedia and TV Insider. On 2026-09-06 that makes her 58, since her 59th birthday fell on September 11, 2026.[2][3][4]
Supports. An IBTimes report from May 2026 also gives her age as 58, consistent with the birth date.[5]
Context. Some sources give other ages: The Hill's 2025 profile says 56, and a later Yahoo report says 59, which fits her age after her September birthday. These are outside the claim date and do not support 60.[6][7]
