The quoted words are accurately attributed to Jack Posobiec, but the speech was delivered at CPAC in February 2024, before Trump's November 2024 election win, so the claim that it came after Trump won his second term is contradicted by the sources.

The host relays this claim without endorsing it. It counts as passed on, not against the post.

… What is the GOP offering voters? And you're going to want to stay into this video because he gets a the DSA gets a very strange defender here. But I want you to remember, just for one second, right after Trump won his second term, Jack Posobiec said this. Play the clip: Welcome to the end of democracy. We're here to overthrow it completely. What we found

Contradicts. The speech took place at CPAC on February 22, 2024 (Snopes lists Feb. 21 to 24 for the conference), which is months before Trump won his second term in November 2024, so the claim that it came after that win is incorrect.[1][2][3][4]

Supports. Snopes and NBC News both document Posobiec saying 'Welcome to the end of democracy. We are here to overthrow it completely,' followed by the January 6 line, in a CPAC speech.[1][2]

Context. Posobiec said afterward that the remarks were largely satirical, and NBC reports he described them as poking fun at the Biden administration; the sources do not dispute that he said the words.[2][3]
