The claim is supported: Reuters reported in April 2025 that Comcast introduced a five-year price guarantee on Xfinity Internet, and Xfinity's own page describes a 5-Year Price Guarantee on its WiFi plans. The post itself says the guarantee applies to select plans only, which matches the claim's wording.
